Lead Trainer

Michael Jones is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in the state of Arkansas.  He is also a Nationally Certified Counselor and Distance Credentialed Counselor.  He is a current doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University.  His work experience includes more than a fifteen years of experience in mental health and pastoral counseling.  He frequently presents on a variety of topics on the national, regional, and state level.  He is very active in several state and national organizations. He is the past President of the Arkansas Association of Counselor Education and Supervision (ArACES) and is the President Elect Elect of the Arkansas Counseling Association (ArCA).  In addition to this, he maintains a private practice providing distance counseling and continuing education for mental health professionals. He is also a counselor educator for Messiah College.

His professional research and counseling interests include distance counseling/supervision, private practice development, and multicultural issues.


Ann-Louise Lockhart, PsyD, ABPP

Dr. Ann-Louise Lockhart is a Pediatric Psychologist and Board Certified in Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychology. She is the President/Owner at A New Day Pediatric Psychology, PLLC in San Antonio, Texas specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with acute and chronic behavioral health and medical conditions. Dr. Lockhart started her practice in in January 2016 after working 12 years in clinics, schools, and military hospitals. She is also a national speaker and presents to professional audiences on a variety of topics.

Dannette Patterson

Dr. Patterson has over 20 years in the healthcare field. She is a, Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Choice Theory/ Reality Therapy Certified, and Licensed Vocational Nurse. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy that includes incorporating the body, mind, and spirit to achieve optimal healing. She has extensive work with military families, along with providing behavioral services for youth and families in foster care and the juvenile probation department.  In 2014, she was awarded the Minority Fellowship from the National Board of Certified Counselors.

dr. Ajita robinson

Dr. Ajita Robinson has an extensive academic background. She has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish, she went on to complete a  Masters of Arts-Research in Counseling & Human Development from Saint Louis University. Dr. Robinson initially moved to DC to finish a degree in Law but ultimately decided to pursue a Doctorate in Counselor Education at the George Washington University. While obtaining her PhD, She completed a post-Masters certification in Grief and Loss, and a fellowship in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities at Children’s National Medical Center. She alson has over 15 years of experience serving individuals, families, and communities.

Monifa Robinson

Monifa has over 18 years experience in the healthcare industry.  She is a graduate of Smith College School for Social Work (Northampton, MA) with her MSW; Troy State University (Atlanta, GA) with her MPA; and Clark Atlanta University (Atlanta, GA) with her BA in Psychology.  Monifa has provided counseling, training and consultation services to various populations, including but not limited to military families, substance abuse clients and individuals within the criminal justice system.  She is dedicated to helping individuals live meaningful and more productive lives.

Sonja Sutherland

Sonja is the Founder and CEO of The Legacy Consortium, Inc (TLC), and Executive Director of the Legacy Changers Counseling Centers, a division of the TLC. In addition to hosting a local Atlanta radios show focusing on family relationships and mentalwellness, Dr. Sutherland is the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and an Assistant Professor of Counseling for Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta, GA. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia, an NBCC Distance Credential Counselor (DCC), NBCC Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). Dr. Sutherland earned her PhD (Counselor Education and Supervision) from Regent University, Masters of Science (Professional Counseling) from Georgia State University, and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from New York University.
