Counseling Fees:

Insurance and Self Pay are accepted. Certain services may not be covered by your insurance.
Using insurance does require a diagnosis so that the insurance company understands what you are being helped with. Whether you decide to pay out of pocket or use insurance, we have options to suit your needs.

Private Pay and Out of Network Benefits:

We take private pay clients who do not have insurance and out of network benefits for insurances we do not accept.  A superbill is available, upon request, for clients using out-of-network benefits. This will allow clients to file with their insurance company to receive reimbursement.

Plans Accepted:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

1. Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
2. What is my deductible and has it been met?
3. How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
4. What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
5. Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Client records and Court Appearances:
We do not make it a normal part of our counseling practice to be involved in court cases.  As a client,  you are welcome to a copy of your client records.

The following fees are involved for client records or court cases:
Copy of client records $25
Copy of client records with a written summary of client contact/progress in lieu of going to court (court report) $150
Testifying in court $600 (This will cover our cost of being out of the office for up to 4 hours)
